Dr. Daniel Ventarola, MD

Dr.Daniel Ventarola He is one of the best doctors. He treats patients with compassion and humanity. He performed a successful operation on my mother, although he was supposed to perform another operation. I would like to thank him.

Fantastic doctor. Dr. Venterola was thorough and compassionate. From the minute we arrived at his office, the doctor and his staff made sure that my mother was taken care of. He is thorough and took all the time needed to answer our questions.

Dismissive doctor, judges you if you are young and makes decisions based of off that in 15 minutes appt. (He was late 10 min) Ignores poor circulation issues, shortness of breath, heart palpitations, painful back headaches, neck pain, among other issues. Didn’t take into account my family or my own health history. All he knows is leg veins it seems, nothing about small blood vessels or arteries. Ignores symptoms. Poor attitude, not compassionate. If he doesn’t like you he transfers you to another doctor. He lets you know to your face that its waste of his time. I’m not sure why he chose to be a doctor with that kind of attitude, huge ego. Then he called me few times “my dear” i’m not your dear, i’m a patient who came here to be taken seriously and address my concerns weather something is blocking my arteries or not as well as to be treated with respect. Would never go back to this provider.

Great doc

My father was referred to Dr. Ventarola for his circulation. Other doctors previously performed procedures which did not work. Dr. Ventarola was able to figure out the problem, and fix his leg. He is very thorough and compassionate. Highly recommended!

I was referred to Dr. Ventorola by my podiatrist because I had a rash on my left foot that was not healing and he thought it may be due to poor circulation. Dr Ventorola determined based on my ability to walk without any pain or having any symptoms of intermediate claudication, that my rash was not due to poor circulation and said I should see a dermatologist. My complaint is that he ordered two APS Ultrasounds unnecessarily and wanted to schedule a follow-up visit to discuss the results. If he already knew that I was getting enough circulation to my foot, and that it was not the cause of the rash, then what was the need for the ultrasounds? I had no other complaints other than the rash. There was no purpose for the test because there was no other medical issue to resolve or investigate. I filed a complaint with Professional Medical Conduct, NYS Department of Health today.
