I HAD MY FIRST VISIT WITH DR WATROUS YESTERDAY! I WAS VERY IMPRESSED WITH HOW HE TOOK THE TIME TO THOROUGHLY INFORM ME WHAT HE SEES WRONG WITH MY HANDS, THINGS I CAN DO AND WHAT TO EXPECT! HAS A RESULT OF THE CONDITION OF MY HANDS! BASED ON X-RAYS AND PHYSICALLY EXAMINING MY HANDS! IN ADDITION TO THAT, HE ORDERED LOTS OF LAB WORK TO DISCOVER OR RULE OUT ANY TYPE OF DISEASE I MAY HAVE IN MY HANDS!! HE DID NOT MAKE ME FEEL LIKE JUST HIS NEXT PATIENT! BUT APPEARED TO GENUINELY CARE AND WANT TO HELP! TOOK HIS TIME TO HEAR WHAT MY CONCERNS WHERE WHILE BEING INFORMATIVE, PROFESSIONAL, SOCIALBLE AND FRIENDLY! THANK YOU DOCTOR WATROUS! BLESSINGS

Patient for over 12 years hold dr watrous staff office help in high regards

This Dr. was not helpful at all. Wasted my time I needed assistance not counseling. My primary Dr. referred me a second time but will not wish to see him. He pulled out his laptop and printed information on arthritis wow I could’ve done that at home.

the staff was very friendly and helpful. waiting time wasn't long. Dr. Watrous was very informative and answered all questions and concerns. He was very patient and understanding and gave all possible reason for my symptoms without scaring me. Very respectful and had a warm personality, Great bedside manner.

Do not waste your time this is a bad doctor who does not look at lab results, does not listen about what symptoms you have then he starts talking about chemo and cancer saying he’s been wrong before?! Total jerk not to mention no exam nothing!!

Everyone was friendly. Dr Watrous is kind and caring. His front office staff are friendly, his back office staff are caring and make you feel very CV comfortable

The doctors are well informed and very caring. While it is a busy office, they do their best to help everyone they can and have done wonders in helping me learn more about my conditions and how to manage.

Rude front desk. Dr. W. good bedside manner and kind, but wasn't clear about diagnosis. I don't know what my diagnosis is beyond some type of arthritis.

If I could have provided a zero or negative rating I would have. This is the absolute worst clinic that I have EVER dealt with. They are rude, disrespectful, disorganized, lose paperwork, do not receive referral paperwork from your doctors and do not receive faxes sent directly to them when requested. This is the only clinic that has ever asked for supporting documentation from your doctors but still claim that they have not received your referral from you insurance provider. Best advice that I can give, go elsewhere. Do NOT give these people your business.

Today was the worst most humiliating visit I have ever encountered with a so called professional. My appointment was a follow-up appointment for lab results, when I arrived they still did not have them. The doctor came into the office around 10 minutes later and wanted to know if we wanted to reschedule the appointment. I understand that sometimes these things happen so I asked the doctor if there was an internal process to avoid this type of situation. I was only trying to see if maybe I could make a phone call to the lab to assist with the urgency of getting the lab results. The doctor reacted rudely, stepped back almost tripping on a a piece of equipment and stated " I don't appreciate your attitude, your done, get out and pointed to the door. Me and my mom were left in the room and we were in shock. I can't believe this doctor lacked such integrity and work ethics. He wasted my time and I lost attendance from work. I requested my report from my last visit and the report was wrong,… he stated I suffered from IBS which couldn't furthest from the truth. I have never been diagnosed or suffered from IBS. I think this doctor is bipolar and did not take his medication today.
