Dr. Daniel K. Witmer

Dr Witmer replaced both of my hips.He is by far the smartest, sweetest physician with an amazing bedside manner. No matter how jammed the waiting room is he sits and talks with you as if you are his only patient. His PA Neville is also amazing. They make a great team.

Can't say enough good words about Dr. Witmer and his team. I had a partial knee replacement in 2018 with another orthopedist, and a total replacement with Dr. Witmer in Dec. 2025. I can't believe how much easier the recovery was with this procedure compared to the last. Absolutely night and day. I can not recommend Dr. Witmer enough. He and his team are so caring and always took their time spent answering my questions and concerns.

Dr. Whitmer and his staff provide superior care from initial visit to surgical treatment through follow-up care. The front office staff of Teri and Dana run a smooth operation. The radiologic staff are prompt and thorough in their work. PA Neville Graham and Dr. Daniel Whitmer are kind and caring in their approach. The surgical service provided by Dr. Whitmer achieved superb results for my right hip replacement. I would definitely recommend this care team.

I 100% recommend Dr. Whitmer. I really appreciate both his surgical expertise and the way he takes time to listen carefully to questions and respond with thoughtful explanations. I underwent two hip replacements within two years, and both surgeries were great. The first surgery was performed in the hospital, and the second was completed as an outpatient procedure. If given the option, I strongly recommend day surgery—everything from admission through discharge was exceptionally well organized and efficient. Like many people, I delayed having these procedures because I was concerned about recovery time. In reality, the discomfort I lived with before surgery limited my life far more than the recovery period afterward.

This was one of the very best experiences with a DR and his medical group. I had total hip replacement surgery on May 13th 2025 and I had absolutely the best care. My hip feels better than it has in a long time. I can walk my dog for more than an hour at a time. I had very little pain right after surgery and was up and walking not long after the procedure. I highly recommend Dr. Witmer and his team , they are wonderful, respectful and compassionate.

As I write this I am 3 1/2 months from a total knee replacement. After years of pain and being unable to walk unassisted Dr. Wilmer and his team have given me my life back. His surgical skill is only matched by his kindness. He came to my room to visit with me the same day I came out of surgery. Hi I had total knee replacement on right knee what a tremendous job dr witmer did I am gonna have him do the left knee as well highly recommend him could not ask for a better dr and all the staff.
