Dr. Daniel Young Woodruff

I was referred to Dr. Woodruff via emergency room. I am having a procedure (surgery - out patient) at his office this coming week. He has walked me through the entire process preceding this surgery. He is one FANTASTIC Dr.. His staff is second to none. I have full trust and faith in him. I would recommend him to EVERYONE!

I saw Dr. Woodruff for possible kidney stone issues. I admit, my first appointment was fast. However, I was warned about this by his office staff. My follow up visit was much better. He reviewed my test results and explained all my options. He was thorough and I feel comfortable having him do my procedure. Office staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. I had an insurance issue and I needed emergency authorization. foray and CT scan. Beth was able to get me the immediate authorization I needed and she even set up my appointment for me.

The most rushed experience I've had with a physician. Did not feel cared for in the least. Also, the cowboy boots gotta go, doc. office staff was nice, though.

Best urologist I've ever had treat me. In addition, he has the best staff assisting him. They are all the greatest!!!

Did not feel like Dr. Woodruff listened to what I had to say. I've been dealing with this problem for over 14 years and I know a lot about my diagnosis. Dr. Woodruff spoke to me like I didn't. He prescribed me a bi-mix which was 2x stronger than the one I was currently on, because "that's what he usually prescribes people." The worst part was that the cialis and viagra required pre-authorization from Dr. Woodruff and the office said he was refusing to do it. I wanted to know why this policy was in place and they couldn't give me an answer. Now I have no choice but to pay for these expensive drugs out of pocket. I did not feel like Dr. Woodruff had the expertise to figure out what my problem was and he seemed rushed. He never even bothered to look at my old medical records which included op notes, imaging, and radiology reports. I'm very disappointed and would like someone to follow up with me.

Dr. Woodruff was by far the most arrogant Dr I have ever met. I agree with the person who left a review before me, he also jumped all over my case for not having medical records on my first visit. He was not willing to dig any deeper than what a CT scan stated. He pushed me back to my primary care Dr. He was rude when I brought up concerns and literally walked out of the room. I would never recommend this Dr to anyone. Not even my worse enemy. BEWARE!!!
