Dr. Daniel Zeve, MD

Dr. Daniel Zeve is a pediatric endocrinologist at Boston Children’s Hospital and an instructor of pediatrics at Harvard Medical School who specializes in pediatric endocrinology, diabetes, obesity, growth disorders, and hormonal conditions affecting children and adolescents. He earned both his MD and PhD from UT Southwestern Medical Center, where his doctoral research focused on developmental biology and adipose tissue growth and function. Dr. Zeve completed his pediatrics residency at Mount Sinai Hospital in New York City followed by fellowship training in pediatric endocrinology at Boston Children’s Hospital. In addition to his clinical care, he is actively involved in translational research focused on intestinal stem cell biology, obesity, diabetes, and organoid modeling, and he also serves as co-director of the Harvard Digestive Disease Center Human and Mouse Organoid Core.
