Very unconcerned about patients health and how there pregnancy is coming along no follow ups if you go with the doctor you only met him like 2 or 3 times during pregnancy.

Worst doctor I have ever had the displeasure of seeing. I had an appt scheduled at 2pm, I was asked to arrive 15 mins early as it was my first appt with this doctor. I had accidentally showed up at 10am thinking that was my appt time so I filled out all the new patient paperwork then. I left and returned at 1:50pm for my 2pm appt. when I got there I signed in on the sign in sheet at 1:50 and then waited till 2:35 to be called back by a nurse. We went over a few things and she took me into the room to wait for the doctor. He walked in with a nurse at 2:40, didnt make eye contact, shake my hand or exam me in any way shape or form. He asked what brought me in I told him I wanted to get on birth control. He said unless it's the pill he doesnt prescribe it because" he's too lazy" but could refer me to his son who is an ob/gyn. He asked if I was on any medication I said yes, told him what it was and the milligrams and he said if you are happy with it then we wont change anything. And sent… me on my way. That took 5 mins. I was out of the back room at 2:45pm. When I was getting my son and purse I noticed the open laptop on the counter that the nurse had been using so I took a look at it, it stated that I had been seen for 25 mins. Which was 20 mins from the truth. When I asked the nurse when she came back she said that was normal for them to put 25 mins, regardless of how long you were in there because they double and triple book appts. Some people might be wondering how I know the exact time... when you have a 16 month old and you are waiting that long you have a tendency to watch the clock a little bit more closely. I called my insurance and filed a grievance report because I dont think it's right to be billed for more than I received. The sent him my grievance and his response was "at my visit on 12/22/14, he spent more than five minutes with me, including review of your medications with a one month follow-up. He stated he spent time reviewing various birth control options. Dr. Zimmerman stated that he explained that he does not insert IUDs, but would refer you to an OB-GYN doctor for this" That is taken word for word from the grievance response I got from my insurance. The thing is, I NEVER asked ANYTHING about an IUD, I have never and will never use one...He has the worst bed side manner of any doctor/nurse I have ever dealt with in all my years. Not to mention he's as old as dirt and just hands out medication like it's candy. STAY AWAY

He is great and some of his staff as well but he has this one nurse that is super rude and makes me just want to punch her lol but other that that its great

The lady who answers the phone is very rude,and thats even if the calls are answerd.Its very fusturating because i leave countless messages and i do not recieve any call backs. how am i suposse to make an appointment?..really disapointed because the nursing staff is really nice..
