Went in to see the doctor with a thrombosed hemoirrhoid . This is extremely painful. Doctor looked at me told me it was not in his best interest to do anything with it. Told me how he used to do them in the office all the time, but not now because it was not in his best interest referred me to a surgeon which just happened they’re not open on Mondays. So if you’re looking for someone to dispense pills for you this is your guy, but if you want anything else like a doctor, he’s not for you!!!

Dr Z really cares about his patients health, takes the time to actually come up with a health plan, And his bed side manner if you will is amazing.

At first he was kind and really made me feel safe in his care. A few years later his whole staff has changed and he has become a different person. His staff is very nonprofessional. His receptionists ignoring calls and making personal calls as well, Now I know why my husband's prescription wasn't called in. One of his assistants was alright, but had no clue what she was doing. The other was a snob. As others have said before I would try to call in for advice and an appointment was always mandatory. Today was the worst experience I have ever had with a doctor. I have a history of high blood pressure and white coat syndrome. I went in to get my yearly check up and high blood pressure meds. A few days prior I pulled a muscle in my back so I thought that I'd have that checked out as well. The staff was already acting like I was a bother, being that I was the last one there before closing, obviously wanting me gone. I had my pressure taken. I was already uncomfortable so it was elevated.… When I got to see him he didn't mention my pulled muscle which the nurse wrote on my charts. I had to remind him. He didn't seem bothered by it. I then asked how my blood pressure was because it was elevated. He responded dramatically making me scared. He check my blood pressure again and it was higher. He kept telling me about my chest pains... I had none, I pulled a muscle in my back. He order an EKG. I had them call my daughter in for support. Their dizzy nurse came in and preformed an EKG which came out normal. The doctor came in again telling me that "It's real" what does that even mean? He said I needed to go to a cardiologist to seek an explanation. He also mentioned that my cholesterol from last year was sky high. Last year I was told through his assistant that it was a tiny but elevated. I told him I was scared. He ignored me. I got a referral and a prescription for beta blockers. Before I left I asked him, "Am I going to die?" He responded oh no you'll be fine. I stressed all the way home. When I got home I had a call from the cardiologist's office trying to schedule me in. I thought it was urgent, no they wanted me to come in a few weeks later. I told the lady if I should be coming in sooner because it must be urgent. She said I would be fine and the doctor just told them I was having mild chest pains. I DIDN'T HAVE CHEST PAINS! I'm going to call him and give him a piece of my mind. Time to find another doctor.

Very unorganized staff, high turnover. Dr. is very friendly, but does not follow through with test results. He does little but talk and order tests and refer.

Dr. Zoeteman is a great Doctor and has always been polite, I have been going to him since 2008. He has always been very polite. My Wife even switched over to hima few month ago. He is very approachable.

I had an appointment for what was supposed to be an annual physical, which included having a blood pressure prescription refilled. I was charged $255 for an "office visit level 4," which my insurance won't cover, rather than a physical, which my insurance pays for, but which gives the doctor less money. The office wouldn't change the charge to the correct billing code.

wanted to drug test my wife for no reason. NO OTHER DOCTOR HAS DONE A DRUG TEST ON A PATION WITH OUT GIVING A REASON

I have gone to this dr for a couple of years and have not received anywhere near the comments that others are making. His staff has always been courteous and kind to me. He is a very caring person and I have received good quality care. The unhappy people should have had Dr. H then they would have someone to compare with - He is wonderful!

I have been Dr Z's patient for a number of years. He has always been pleasant and supportive. I called this past Friday after his office closed and got his message service. He was on call and he called me back within 30 minutes and he answered all my questions. I have NEVER found him to be rude; I have always found him to be very kind. I don't understand the comments about his trying to sell vitamins - just doesn't make sense. And I can't picture him storming out of a room on anyone - that is not the doctor I go to. Normally I would not comment on others opinions but my experience is just the opposite of what many people have described.

I went in for a routine appointment with this doctor and was in the middle of making a harmless statement when he interrupted me, lost his temper, and walked out. I was left totally in shock and in disbelief. NEVER have I ever been spoken to that way by a doctor. Even worse, he never apologized for his unprofessional behavior. Prior to this incident I waited over 3 weeks to get an MRI approval. When I called to follow up I was rudely told by the staff that they couldnt get through with the insurance company and they treated me like I was a nuisance. I called the insurance and had no trouble getting through. Patients should be treated with respect not as an inconvenience. Needless to say, Im going to a different doctor.
