Dr. Daniela Balint, MD

Dr. Balint s a terrible M.D. Dr. Balint had seen a patient in the Fall of 2017 for medication management. The patient explained that they suffering side-effects from their medication regiment but she refused to prescribed something different in place of the current medication. The patient was visibly upset however, maintained their composure. Dr. Balint had called the police made a false report by giving faulty information that the patient was a threat, a danger to themselves and others, suicidal, and that they were in possession of a firearm. All of these allegations were untrue. The patient briefly left the clinic then shortly after came back to only be ambushed by police. The police attacked the patient by being punched, kicked, thrown to the floor, and chocked by use of a baton before being handcuffed. As a result the patient was bruised on their right bicep and suffered nerve damage from the elbow up to the pinky of the right hand. Dr. Balint also violated the HIPPA law by… releasing confidential information concerning the patient's employer. As a result the patient nearly lost his status of employment based on faulty information jeopardizing the patient and their family's financial well-being. The patient was also illegally handcuffed and sent to a nearby hospital for evaluation and was released a few hours later as there was no evidence to substantiate Dr Balint's false accusations. The patient was falsely detained and imprisoned at the hospital. Dr. Balint and her colleagues along with WJCS will be sued for physical damages, emotional distress along with loss of enjoyment of life. Dr. Balint is not recommended nor is she to be trusted with confidential information protected by the HIPPA law. Avoid seeing this doctor by all means possible, she's not worth it. I would have rated this doctor a Zero but there was no such option.

She is the worst

Warm, considerate and concerned. Super approachable.

She has horrible people skills. I agree with other posts. How did this person ever make it to get a degree as a doctor.

I can’t believe this “doctor” is actually licensed. But then again, in every class there’s a bottom of the barrel. And without a doubt this “doctor” is just that. Terrible. If you are depressed or someone in need of actual help, do not look to her for help. She is cold and callous. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.

Don't waste your time....she prescribed a med without advising of side effects. After going through with the med, when I needed to talk to her on the phone or in person for some alternative...she only wanted to text.

I have been going to Dr. Balint for the past few years now.... she is a great woman, lovely, makes me feel great, but when it comes to meds and appointments, not so much. A few separate times when I have had to cancel due to work or family issues, she would never EVER give me prescriptions that I needed. I would call or text and never get an answer. My insurance got taken away since I turned 26 and she refused to see me for less than $100. I felt like the money was the most important thing to her. A few separate times I went through withdrawals on medications and contacted her, but she still wouldn't fill them and I wouldn't get a response. It is like pulling teeth in order to get an answer. Other than that, when I have meetings with her everything is fine.

She is very compassionate and understanding. I have had a great experience with her. She gets right back to you when you leave a message. She is very professional and has a great bedside manner. I have recommended her to others, who also have been very happy with her.
