Dr. Daniela A Zambon Fagundes, DDS

My wife is an apprehensive dental patient and has been reluctant to get needed work done, but the high ratings in a paid magazine convinced her to see Dr Zambon. We have had 4 total appointments that have exhausted our annual benefits due to fact that Dr Zambon is out of our insurance network. Our third appointment was the first major teeth extraction, and despite my wife’s apprehension, she was ready to praise the Dr at the post op appointment as she had little pain. At that appointment the Dr scolded my wife for being a difficult and uncooperative patient and our professional realtionship changed. She did comply with her instructions both during and pre and post-op. Whatever she did under anesthesia is unknown to me. Later, appointments were made, then cancelled by the office, then remade again along with another consult and cleaning. We expected this appointment to be our final treatment plan, but it now appears that the decision to terminate us had been made and now we were… just another office billing. We should have been told so at this appointment. Yesterday was our cleaning appointment and the Dr said that she could not perform what my wife needed due to her observations at the extraction. If we were to be terminated why run up the bill? We were overcharged. Stay away from this practice at all cost.
