Dr. Danielle Lynn Cooley, DO

I went to Dr. Cooley for help with lower back pain. I had two visits with her, each one lasting maybe 10 minutes. I felt like she was rushing through each visit, and never took the time to explain the course of treatment or why I was having pain in the first place. She just said I have to keep coming back -- with no mention of how long. I have a high deductible health plan and have to pay for these visits out of pocket. I just got the bills for these two visits and it's going to cost me nearly $500 for about 20 minutes of her time. I wish I had asked more questions before seeing her. Total waste of money.

I had an appointment for a annual flu shot. After waiting for 45 min I was told I couldn’t receive a flu vaccine because I wasn’t seen in her office in awhile. Well she is not my doctor. Dr Coren has been for over 15 years! I tried really hard to get an appointment with him and it was impossible. My last appointment with him was less then a year ago. When I called the office when I was sick recently they told me to go to my local minute clinic. All I needed was a vaccine. So I will be moving on. The way she handled it was rude and uncalled for professionally!

Dr. Cooley used to be kind when she had her practice in Hainesport. I don't know what happened but after having had a frustrating and shocking visit with her in her new office, I was left to feel confused, hurt and surprised at her negative attitude toward me. I don't know what to think, only that I plan to find another family practitioner who doesn't make me feel like I am not worthy of his/her time of day. Might seem like she left her kind bedside manner in Hainesport.

I HAD ONE OFFICE VISIT AND IT WAS A NIGHTMARE. 3 HOURS .NO COMPASSION. NO EXPLANATION, NO WARM FEELING. EVERYTHING WAS TERRIBLE. DR COOLEY WAS MORE WORRIED ABOUT THE NOTES IN THE PC THAN ME THE PATIENT.

Even faced with being overbooked with appointments. Danielle has always greeted myself and more importantly my son with a cheerful smile and prompt courteous service. Danielle has always welcomed questions and taken the time to answer them in a calm and understandable way. I would highly recommend Dr. Cooley to my freinds and or family. I have trust in her decisions and have had very good outcomes from her treatments. Thanks Dr. Danielle Cooley

Dr. Cooley is fantastic, and really cares about me as an individual. I always feel at ease being honest with her about my health and health history (and I am a man).

Dr. Cooley is a great doc. Just love her ability to listen and make me feel like I am being heard as a patient. I recommend all of my friends that need a family doc to her.
