BEWARE! This nurse was very rude, sarcastic, and frankly just mean. She is very likely burning and turning virtual appointments for a quick buck. Her camera was zoomed in all the way so you could not see her likely multiple computers running simultaneous virtual platforms. She also gave me a fake ph# when I asked to escalate due to her rudeness and lack of caring. Additionally, her English is very poor and hard to understand especially when she is constantly interrupting you mid sentence. ***Also, the majority of "positive" reviews here and online are most likely fake - Fake reviews are pretty easy to spot*** BEWARE OF THIS CHEAT!

I usually don’t leave bad reviews for anyone but this NP was so rude during a virtual appointment because I asked if I had to have my camera on. Big mistake- don’t her ask any questions She yelled at me stating that it’s protocol to have the camera on and that she knows my camera works. I asked for a prescription which and she immediately told me no because it would be several days of me having to take medication. When I informed her of the correct medication, she cut me off before I was finished speaking and pretended that she knew all about what I was telling her about. She also sent a document with this work ding “Please, fill out this form since I don't know anything about any patients. This protocol.” I understand English isn’t everyone’s first language but when I told her she may want to update the wording in her document- she got even more upset. My husband was listening to the phone call and asked if he needless to intervene beside of how rude she was being. Needless to say,… although the prescription was eventually sent to another pharmacy - I would not recommend this NP. I understand that their jobs are hard but I tried to stay positive throughout the call and I felt highly disrespected. I wish her well but I would never recommend her

Danielle has always been very professional in her interactions with me and has demonstrated her genuine desire to help me. Today, she has gone above and beyond: I was at my local pharmacy to pick up my Rx and was informed that they no longer took WebRx. As I walked away empty-handed, I texted Danielle and she promptly got back to me about this and gave me the fix for my situations. Amazing. Impressive. Danielle is the BEST!
