Charges $560 for a 15 minute office visit and not a very useful one at that.

I’m the one star review complaining about follow-up. Dr. Giesler called me personally and apologized for my experience. She told me exactly how she was going to prevent this problem in the future and even offered to refer to to one of her partners if I would prefer to see someone else. She was extremely professional and I truly believe she was apologetic. I’m impressed with this and although my complaints still stand, knowing how they’re going to be fixed in the future makes me confident that others will not run into the same problems I did.

I had a procedure done with her and she gave me no details on how to deal with pain after. In fact she told me I shouldn’t feel pain and left it at that despite everything I read before the procedure telling me to be prepared for some pain. She then prescribed some pain medication, sent it to the wrong pharmacy, and did not call it in to the correct one despite me requesting her to do it at 10am. I also felt like I was going to pass out immediately after and she knew this. She never once came in to check on me afterwards. I initially was going to recommend her to my mother but not anymore. Stay away if you’re looking for personal care.

Paitient and thorough. Genuinely cares about providing the best service for her patients. Highly recommend.

Terrible experience with her. He never took the time to listen to my health problem. Seemed to be in a rush all the time. One of her assistants was very rude to me when explaining treatment options.
