After receiving conflicting information from Dr. Danielle Nicole Swanigan front office staff on requests to modify my child’s chart records records to reflect correct information. I was immediately denied by Dr. Danielle Nicole Swanigan on my requests to have my child’s notes updated to reflect correct information. Notations on my child’s records we’re also vague, incomplete and written in a very unprofessional manner.

Dr. Danielle swanigan Is a very great Dr. She listen to all my concerns and always come up with a great solution. She is very good at what she do. I followed her all the way from North Dallas to Murphy Texas which is a 30 minutes difference. That how much we love her work. She is the true definition of excellent at its best.

Dr. Grigsby-Swanigan is the best! I'm glad that she has now moved to East Plano/Murphy - closer to our family. She listens and takes time to really explain the best solutions. Great doctor!

She is the best she has helped though my childhood and now I’m not even getting sick anymore since I saw her

Dr. Grigsby-Swanigan is an excellent doctor. Very caring, patient and knowledgeable. She also speaks very good Spanish! My family love her. Glad that she has a new office in Murphy!

She started taking care of my children, they where really young. She always listens, she's very caring, passionate- etc. But she recently stopped working, for this clinic. Whoever has her for their kids Dr.- you all will "NOT" be disappointed!

I HAVE BEEN TAKEING MY CHILDERN TO THIS OFFICE FOR A WHILE NOW IT'S A NICE OFFICE ALL THE STAFF ARE NICE AND HELPFUL MY KIDS LOVE THE OFFICE THERE DOCTOR IS DANIELLE N GRIGSBY SHE IS SO NICE AND TAKE THE TIME OUT TO MAKE SURE YOU UNDERSTAND WHAT IS GOING ON WITH YOU CHILD AND WILL TALK TO YOU ABOUT ANY QUESTIONS YOU MAY HAVE SHE IS THE BEST DOCTOR MY KIDS EVER HAD AND I CAN'T TAKE MY KIDS TO NO OTHER OFFICE KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK YOU DO FOR ALL OUR CHILDRED THANK YOU SO MUCH
