Often times we just want to be heard, understood, and not judged by our thoughts or actions. This is a safe space and I am here to walk along side you during the therapeutic process. I know it is hard to open up to a complete stranger so please take your time and "Trust the process"; this is a quote that I have learned to live by in my personal journey of growth as well as in my therapeutic concepts. Trust can be challenging when facing trauma, poor coping, negative family and interpersonal relationships but challenges are a key part of our growth, internal awareness, and can build strength.

I have been practicing in the mental health field for over 10 years starting with school aged children and then working in residential treatment for adolescents. I have learned a lot working with adolescents as well as adults struggling …with anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance abuse. I enjoy the work that I do and there is nothing more gratifying watching growth and being apart of the journey of healing. I recognize that it is important to have a person centered approach and meet you where you are in your treatment. A change in perspective is one of the first steps to gaining new insights and removing negative thought patterns.
