Dr. Danielle Erin Lann, MD

Dr. Lann exceeds every expectation I've had of an endocrinologist. She uses her generous knowledge and affability to make you feel informed and taken care of, because you will be. The care you get is comprehensive, approachable, always respectful, and refreshingly sincere. I'm so glad and so honored to have met her.

This was our first visit with Dr. Lann. She spent a lot of time with us and even came back into the room for one more questions. Dr. Lann reviewed our med list and made recommendations explaining her reasons, as to make the medication more beneficial by changing the timing of dosages. Dr. Lann also gave us referrals for two other specialists to assist in recovery. Annette (staff member) was extremely helpful getting us scheduled and providing us with all the paperwork before our appointment. Annette was very pleasant and also went out of her way to assist us during our appointment. Thank you Annette! The person (I can't remember her name) who checked us in with all our reports was very efficient, courteous and helpful making our day run smoothly. Thank you for an overall wonderful experience! Glad we found you!

nurse practitioner told me i should go on a new drug without getting any lab results on me because she could "tell by looking at me" that i needed it... dr. called me at home with results of my labs and literally was yelling at me because they were 'horrible'-she did not address my questions and was rude, condescending and completely unwilling to discuss options - more interested in screaming at me and making me feel like a loser i made and early morning appointment because i work - i asked if the dr. was usually on time and i was told 'no, not usually-she has a kid" !!!

Dr. Lann is a great doctor and person I would highly recommend her to anyone who is looking for a doctor in her field. She spends time with her patients and cares about them. One of the best doctors I have ever met.

I love dr. Lann. I have been a patient for a couple years now and she has never been anything but patient, kind, takes time to explain concerns and answer questions. Office staff have always been so helpful along with nurses and all the other staff. So happy after seeing multiple endocrinologist to have finally found a compassionate and caring dr.

I never write reviews, but if I had known about how bad the office staff was, I wouldn't have started seeing Dr. Lann in the first place. They are rude, disorganized and unhelpful, it's simply not worth it. Her office called and cancelled the appointment that I made six months ago. They told me that Lann was filled up for the rest of the year , wouldn't allow me to make an appointment with another doctor in the practice, and wouldn't put me on any type of waiting list in case someone cancelled. I explained to her that I couldn't wait another four months to see a doctor, and she told me that I should have returned her phone call earlier because they would have had appointments. She called me on Friday. I called her back on Tuesday. She claims to have left a voicemail a month ago, but I never received one. During the whole conversation she was rude and unhelpful. Finally, I told her that I would just have to see another doctor because I couldn't wait that long for an appointment, and she… said okay and hung up. Previous to this, they told me they overcharged and sent me a checks to make up for the over charge, and then sent me a bill later on, for the same amount they gave back to me, saying I was overdue. SInce I work nearby, I went in the office to pay my bill, rather than send it in through the mail, and they wouldn't accept my payment because I didn't have the invoice number on me. I asked if they could look up my account and she said I had to mail it in because "it doesn't work like that."

Dr Lann has been most thorough in her exams, patient in listening to my concerns, and eager to explain what steps she is taking and why.

Awful bedside manner. She was rude, and has no control over staff. Couldn't figure out what was going on and as a result I ended up with another overnight stay.
