My clinical background is in Oncology. I have worked in both inpatient and outpatient settings at various hospitals along …the east coast. Prior to becoming an APRN, I spent many years working at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center as an infusion nurse, administering chemotherapy, biotherapy, immunotherapy etc. I am also trained in HAI chemotherapy administration.
What is your patient care philosophy?
My patient care philosophy is to always do what is in the best interest of the patient. I like to think of each patient as family.
What would you like people to know about you as a provider?
I would like people to know that as a provider I will do my best to provide you with the highest level of comprehensive care.
What do you enjoy most about working with patients?
I would like people to know that as a provider I will do my best to provide you with the highest level of comprehensive care.
How does your work improve lives?
I aim to increase patients' knowledge, so they are able to make educated decisions pertaining to their health.
What are some interesting facts about you?
One interesting fact about myself is that I was born prematurely, weighing only 1lb 15 oz. My parents were told that I may endure many medical problems later in life, but with the grace of God, I am a healthy adult able to care for others.
What would you like to share about your family?
I have been with my husband for over 12 years, and we have four wonderful boys that are my everything!
