She was amazing, thoughtful, and truly listened to my complaints. She took the time to apologize about not being able to see the ENT after (something that no one else had done).

Everything about this provider's office was great. Provider knew what I was there for, explained the test, results reasons for results & treatment options. Also, staff looked into my health coverage to see what my possibilities are with regards to treatment coverage.

Danielle found a new issue with my ears and gave me advice for taking care of it. She talked to me about the results of my hearing test. Finally she cleaned and adjusted my hearing aids and asked if I had problems with them. She asked lots of questions and was very patient when I sometimes admitted some confusion with a technical issue or two. She's extremely helpful!
