Daniellys "Danny" Diaz graduated from Webster University with a Master's Degree in Counseling in 2018 before continuing on as a Family Behavioral Therapist at a nonprofit organization. Her goal as your therapist is to make you feel comfortable, hopeful, and validated when addressing lifestyle stressors via therapeutic interventions, discussions, and activities. A safe space will be provided to explore challenges such as anxiety & depression, addictions, grief, trauma, relationship issues, anger management, and more. As a clinician, it is Danny's preference to work with individuals between the ages of 11 and 65 years old. This age range allows her to work with a diverse group of clients, including adolescents, adults, and older adults. Danny finds it particularly fulfilling to support individuals through various stages of their lives. However, she also recognizes the importance of being flexible and adaptable in her approach and is committed to tailoring her services to meet the …unique needs of each client, regardless of their age. When working together, you will partake in a collaborative journey identifying key areas of treatment focus. Techniques may be derived from the following: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused CBT (TF-CBT), Family Behavioral Therapy (FBT), Solution Focused Therapy (SFT), Mindfullness-Based (MBCT), and Person-Centered Therapy. Danny offers individual, family, and couples counseling services.
