Everyone at Portland Gastroenterology was great, especially Maggie, Sarah, Andrew, & DR.ROLSHUD!!

He was the worst. Totally dismissive, uncaring, I woke up during the colonoscopy, even though I told him specifically that other doctors have documented in my records that I am difficult to anesthetize. He spent very little time with me. Ignored my anxiety. His nurse was just as rude. I will never go back to that practice.

Great Dr.! He took the time to speak to me and explain my procedure before and after the surgery. He really cares and makes you feel important.

I met Dr. Rolshud today when he did my procedure at MMC. He was very nice and informative. I would definitely see him again.

Met Dr Rolshud just before 2 procedures--shook my hand, gave me a clipboard to sign, then left. No conversation at all. Post-op--came in, indicated the paperwork given to me by the nurse, said biopsies were sent to pathology. I asked if I would have a follow-up app't. He shrugged and said "If I wanted to". I asked what if the tests all came back o.k. He again shrugged and monotoned "Then it must be something else." WORST experience ever. I went home and googled the stuff written on the paperwork. I scheduled an app't with a different doctor. SO disappointing...

Stay away, the worst bedside imaginable.

Dr. Rolshud did a endoscopy on me nearly seven weeks ago and I am still waiting for him to call me to find out what the next step is on the removal of a growth in my stomach. He does not follow up when he says he will. He does not return calls. I would not recommend him to anyone.
