Dr. Bernardo is an excellent doctor. I was diagnosed with Lupus in 2001 and without Dr. Bernardo I would be on dialysis right now. I may not always agree with his ethics, but he gets the job done. If there is something new going on with me, he does not stop until he gets to the bottom of it so he can fix the problem.

This doctor is the worse doctor that I have ever experienced to the point that we walked out of an appointment and refused to pay him. He is condescending, rude, and cares more about his ego the his patients. If you question him in anyway, he becomes belligerent. He treats elderly patients not as people but as objects that he can make money off of. Beware of any diagnosis that he may give. They are often inaccurate. If you love yourself or a loved one, do not take yourself or them for medical care to this office

I agree with the other reviewer. I've never had a doctor make my cry before and he wasn't even my doctor. He was my elderly mother's doctor. He made her cry and when I went with her to her next appointment, he came in and immediately had an attitude. He was rude and condescending. I would never recommend him. I really would give him less than a star because he would not even let my mother or me talk to tell him what was wrong with her.

Dr. Bernardo has got to be the rudest, insensitive doctor that I have ever met. He does not address patient concerns. He fails to LISTEN to his patients. Instead, he talks down to them and makes them feel like they are crazy. I have talked to three other patients that felt the same way about this doctor. He has the attitude that the "people of this area are poor and I am their only option so I can treat them any kind of way". Bedside manners...he has none!
