Dr. Danna Fortner Grear, MD

Dr. Grear is an excellent doctor and I would strongly recommend her to anyone.

I recently had a mammogram and was called back in for more extensive testing. I am 63 years old and I have lost 3 close friends to breast cancer, so I was extremely apprehensive. Dr. Grear moved me through the screening process quickly. I had more mammograms, followed by an ultrasound and just a few hours later, a breast biopsy. She explained her findings and suspicions in detail throughout the process, moving the ultrasound screen so that I could see the display and the tumor that she had found. I deeply appreciated her honesty and the information that she provided. She was pleasant and personable, and I quickly realized that she is smart, competent and experienced. She called me on a weekend to let me know that my tumor is benign. Even before I heard the good news, I was well aware that I had had the best experience possible given the circumstances. I am so grateful that I was able to work with this excellent physician.
