She was the most thorough dermatologist I have ever seen, She found my Basel Cell, Squamous cell and I had also had a melanoma years before. I wish she had not left Tyler,

Took my daughter to be seen one time. To start with she looked like she just rolled out of bed and hadn't brushed her hair. She never introduced herself, breezed in the door, took one look at a place on my daughters face I asked about and started spouting terms I didn't know and never fully explained anything. I was overwhelmed with information. She told me my daughter would have terrible long term skin problems and had me pay for expensive creams and wrote prescriptions. I had a bad feeling about it ALL. She left the room. I was so confused. I checked out and drove 2 blocks away, pulled over and called another well known derm clinic in tyler. I explained what just happened and they told me come see them right at that time. I saw a dr. an hr later and they disagreed with everything she gave me and we started all over. My dr. has great skin and no problems since. I will never recommend her to anyone.

Dr. Beckley's staff was friendly and efficient. Dr Beckley listened to me and developed a plan to address all of my skin issues. She was not afraid to try different medications and treatments to help me achieve the results I wanted. She is a good listener and very kind. I would recommend her to anyone with skin issues.

I left a message inquiry about services. No one called back. When I called again a week later, the person on the phone was short and impatient. She wanted to rush to make an appointment and it left me feeling like they are very unprofessional. Also, with their newer building, you'd think they'd update their website too.

I and my husband have seen her several times. I think we are going to change doctors. She spends little time with you and can only see you for one issue each visit. If you ask about other areas, her assistant tells you, you are only her for that one specific thing. She's heavy on expensive RX's and procedures and multiple follow-ups. For example, my husband had a simple wart that he wanted removed with dry ice, like he has had done in the past with other docs. Instead, she said no and prescribed two RXs totalling over $200 and said try these first and come back for a visit and we'll see. His doctors in the past would take 5 minutes at that same visit and burn it off. Done. I think the staff is very nice and the waits are relatively short. I'm just not confident that recommendations are in my best interest or motivated kick-back and profits from prescribed RXs and multiple insurance bills.

Dr. Beckley was very kind and compassionate when talking with me about my skin lesions. She gave me excellent care and healed my skin problem. Her staff was professional and easy to work with.

She was very rude. I diagnosed me with something serious and turned out to be nothing after a lot of blood work. I don't not recommend her to anyone.

Dr Beckley is very short with you when you ask a question. She is very rude and has no compassion for her patients. Her front office staff is very rude also. She hung up the phone on me when I asked for her name!!! It's easy to get an appt but PLEASE find yourself another doctor even if you need to wait longer.
