Dr. Adams has attended and is a member of the L.D. Pankey Institute in Key Biscayne, Florida, a renowned center for the Advance Studies in Dentistry.  His focus on Cosmetic and Restorative Dentistry lead him to his involvement with the Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry.  He served as Secretary/ Treasurer of the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry’s Chesapeake chapter and was given the award for Outstanding Leadership in both 1997 and 1998.
When asked about his practice philosophy he said, “My approach with each patient is to provide the same care I would for a member of my own family or would choose for myself. I want to help my patients achieve beautiful and healthy smiles that will last a lifetime.â€Â According to Dr. Adams the best part of dentistry is his patients! He likes getting to know them and building a long term relationship with them and their families. It is rewarding to watch many of them go from preschool to college graduation and beyond in what seems …like “just overnight.â€Â He enjoys coming into the office knowing he will be spending the day with friends.
