Dr. Danny Stuart Benjamin, MD

He delivered me during a power outage, hospital running on generator. My mom's c section scar healed nice and ended up being no more over 2 inches.

I am very happy to have Dr. Benjamin as my physician simply because he is a gifted surgeon of whom cares a lot about his patients.

He has been my OBGYN doctor for a number of years back in the 80's and I continue to visit him for checkups, he is always concern about your health and provides excellent information

Dr.Benjamin is an exceptional physician. His staff is very friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this practice.

Dr. Bejamin is competent but has no bedside manner, does not completely answer questions or seem to care about answering your question. Office staff besides the nurses in the back are very short and do not show courteous behavior or a welcoming attitude. Some staff have been extremely rude. Also, this office is very PARTICULAR about getting paid even if you have agreed to pay by a certain date they will threaten you with collections. Beware that the only time to deal with this group is when your insurance pays 100%.

I've been going to Dr. Benjamin for about 15 years now and I wouldn't consider, even for a second, going to anyone else. Dr. B is all business, but at the same time, manages to make you feel very special..almost like you're his daughter. It's a little hard to explain, but if you're a patient, you know what I'm talking about. He's extremely professional but he's not cold. He has a great deal of compassion for his patients and it's obvious that he is a work-a-holic. My son is ten years old now, but when I went into labor with him, it was 11:00 pm and on a Sunday. When my water broke, it was black (not clear and odorless like "The Girlfriends Guide to Pregnancy" said it should be). Dr. B gave me his cell # when my due date got closer and told me to call him when labor started. I was hesitant to call so late, but I did and he advised me to get to the hospital asap as the black "stuff" in my water was actually feces and he told me that my baby was in danger. He explained that… unfortuantely he wouldn't be able to deliver my son because he was going on vacation the next day with his family. I understood completely, but was disappointed nevertheless. Well, to my surprise, he showed up at the hospital anyway and delivered my son via c-section. I thought that was incredibly selfless of him and I have a great deal of respect for his dedication to his job. This is just one of many examples of the commitment you will receive if you select Dr. Benjamin.

had a c-section from this doc 3 years ago ,he said the scar would shrink it did not , i still cant't do a sit up and i have to hold my stomach when i run because i feel like i have a water baloon on my stomach . you can sue in the state of michigan after 2 years for a c section.

After staying with my previous OB/GYN for 20+ yrs, and believe me I liked her, Dr. Benjamin was an easy transition. He's calming, easy to talk to and I never feel rushed. He's on top of all the latest procedures and his office manager, Mary, is the best!

I have used Dr. Benjamin and this office to deliver my babies since 1994, and am currently expecting one (2012). I wouldn't consider going elsewhere.
