Dr. Butler is the most caring, knowledgeable and professional doctor that I’ve ever been a patient. Not only have I received excellent care from Dr. Butler, Paul Holt is also an excellent PA who has treated me with all the care possible. Very caring doctor! Has excellent staff except for a couple of nurses who hurt the patient when giving injections. Doesn't double book patients and your waiting time is short. Best internal medicine doctor in Paducah.

Dr. Butler and Paul have taken care of most of my family for yrs. never have i had a doctor who is more compassionate and caring as these two. The best of the best.
