Dr. Danny Patrick Ingram, MD

I called on Friday ( of which I know they close @12) the woman was very rude when I told her my husband needed to come in to see someone ASAP, she informed me that the CNP ( Christine) wasn't in and SHE was who he would have to see because Dr. Ingram was Full AND the last patient would be seen by 11am and the office closes @ 12. I asked what should he do and she told me to take him to an ER or urgent Care. Her attitude was very Rude and we have found another doc/ Cnp to see

Dr. Ingram use to be one of the best doctors in town with a great reputation. When his wife Kelly Ingram came in and started working in the office, it has become a joke. She don’t care about the patience, has a serious attitude problem, needs to retire and let her husband run his practice the way it use to be ran. If I could give 0 stars, I would, just for Kelly.

After my husband waited for an hour beyond his scheduled appointment, the office staff closed the office and went to lunch. Leaving my husband in the waiting room for an urgent appointment, without being seen for his appointment. The office staff simply said "sorry but it's lunch time." Very disappointing, this used to be a very well managed office.

Dr. Ingram is fantastic. His NP Hayley Guthrie is equally as good. His staff is kind and always helpful. The receptionists are sweet. The nurses and medical assistants are sweet and on top of things.

he is an old fashioned bedside doctor that really cares about his patients. he listens and spends quality time with you hope he never retires

Dr. Ingram has been my family physician for years and I have nothing but praise for him and his practice. The wait times are reasonable, the staff is courteous and helpful, especially when I need to call in for a refill. Dr. Ingram has always been accurate in the diagnosis and treatment even for my chronic conditions. Also, during an office visit, he spends ample time with the patient, and even extra time if necessary.

I've been doctor Danny's patient for several years. He leaves no stone unturned when you need medical assistance. In the event he doesn't specialize in your particular problem he has a very large network of the best specialists available. He is always patient and listens and you can tell he truly cares in your well being. He follows-up to ensure your treatment is/was successful.

I highly recommend Danny Ingram. He is interested in his patients and does not make you feel as if you've been herded in and out of the office as fast as possible. He spends enough time with you so that, when you leave, you understand your condition and what steps are to be taken to make you well again.

My husband and I are both disappointed in Dr. Ingram's choice of receptionist. Not that she's a "bad person" I feel sure she is not... she comes across very short and rude over the phone and often in person too...my husband actually avoids calling when sick in order to avoid dealing with her..she often makes us feel as if we are an inconveniance... I also feel that the answering service that Dr. Ingram uses costs him patients. If he would simply have a voice mail available to forward non-emergency messages to it would make a HUGE difference for the convenience of his patients...often lunch time is the only available time for working people to make calls for refills etc. and having no way to leave simple messages is extremely frustrating. Dr. Ingram is great, the nurses are too...but the current receptionist is certainly NOT the right choice to deal with their patients.
