I have known dr Locke since 1982. Very good dr !

Dr Lock has been my primary physician for 8 yrs. Went in with chest pain for 5 weeks. Said it wasn't my heart. Fortunately his associate was there to read my treadmill report. Within 5 days I had angioplasty with 2 stents. I was told by the Cardiologist that I was a WALKING TIME BOMB. I'm changing to a new physician.

My husband has been a patient of Dr. Lock for over fifteen years. My husband is a senior to elder citizen and has multiple medical issues. Dr. sees him every three months for regular check ups and on an as needed basis. He has referred him to three specialists for specific medical issues and coordinates each specialists reports. The medical records are computerized for easy reference. All of my husband's medical issues are under control, except for his weight and although the doctor has reviewed health issues about his weight he does not make him uncomfortable. My husband is very good about keeping appointments and getting prescribed lab work in a timely manner.

I NEEDED OTHER SPECIALIST REFERRALS AND THIS DOCTOR DID NOT GIVE ME THE APPROPRIATE REFERRALS. I HAD NO CONFIDENCE IN HIM, NOR FELT HE WAS CARING. NO EYE CONTACT. FELT NOT VALIDATED FOR MY CONCERNS OR HEALTH CONDITION. WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND HIM TOANY OF MY FRIENDS. DISCONTINUED MEDICATION HE RECOMMENDED BECAUSE IT MADE ME LETHARGIC. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE.

Missed obvious clinical signs and failed to listen well.

I have been a patient of Dr. Lock's for over 5 years now and I'm DONE. I have a thyroid problem which does not seem to be getting better. Whenever I try to discuss my symptoms, treatment, etc. with Dr. Lock, his back is turned and he is entering information into his laptop. Moreover, when he does turn around to converse with me (his patient!) he doesn't provide any useful suggestions. I need to feel my Dr. is LISTENING to my concerns and not just documenting them.

I just wanted to weigh in on doctor Locke. He is my GP doctor and I have had nothing but good experiences with this doctor.. I'm not to old, so I can't make any assessments of his geriatric service.. overall I really like doctor Locke..

I've had good and bad experiences here. Dr Lock was excellent helping us with end of life concerns with our loved one. I felt he did a good job of explaining the options and choices available. He was genuinely concerned with the difficulty of our situation. My experience with his staff has been good. They approach work with good cheer and a sense of humor, which I like.He diagnosed one relative with Alzheimer's which I disagreed with. No medical tests were run and we were not present for the evaluation. His other exams and diagnoses were accurate, as was the course of treatment.My advise with Dr lock is to be persistent. If something seems wrong don't accept it at face value. Continue to ask questions until you are satisfied you have the knowledge and results you need.

Simply, absolutely no follow-up on medical administrative matters. Seems to be overwhelmed with work or unconcerned with patient's needs. I would avoid this "doctor" at all cost.
