Meet Dr. Danny O'Keefe
For Dr. Danny O’Keefe, dentistry is not only a profession, but also a passion. He takes a comprehensive approach to dental care in order to provide our patients with lasting results that help them achieve the smiles they have always wanted. Dr. O’Keefe continues to develop a distinctive practice in Jackson with a reputation that extends throughout Mississippi for providing outstanding care. Our dental team is well known for achieving beautiful, high quality results through treatments that range from the simple, such as teeth whitening, to the complex, such as TMJ treatment.
Dr. O’Keefe’s love for dentistry drives him to provide his patients with the best care possible. For more than 35 years, he has been caring for the dental needs of families and individuals throughout Mississippi. His reputation as an exceptional cosmetic and sedation dentist brings patients to his practice in Jackson from across the state.
Dr. O’Keefe was born in Jackson and grew up …in Brandon, Mississippi. He graduated from Loyola University in New Orleans. Continuing dental education is important to Dr. O’Keefe, and for that reason he has completed many hours of continuing education at the Pankey Institute, an institution committed to teaching techniques for providing individualized, comprehensive, and relationship-based care.
Dr. O’Keefe is also an evaluator for Clinical Research Associates, a group that studies new dental materials, equipment, and techniques. He is certified in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), and he has special training as a cosmetic and sedation dentist and in the area of implant dentistry.

With a passion for passing his dental skills and knowledge on to the dentists of tomorrow, Dr. Danny O’keefe has worked as a clinical instructor with senior dental students from the University of Mississippi Dental School and has taught in the school’s dental hygiene program. Dr. O’Keefe has also taught students in the Dental Assistants School at Hinds Community College, allowing students to observe his practice.
Dr. O’Keefe participates in mission work in Vietnam, Mexico, Antigua, and Dominica, as well as at home with Mississippi Donated Dental Services, the Crestwood Clinic for Christ, and the Baptist Children’s Village.
