I was impressed by the efficiency of the process of gathering information, explaining the possibilities, and formulating a plan of action. The Dr was very attentive and explained how the digestive system works and possible reasons for dysfunction. He then proposed different options to pin point the issues at hand. I was then asked to confirm how I would like to proceed based on this information. Which was wonderful to be included in this decision making process.
