Finally left after 4 hours. Staff kept informing me "just a few more minutes." After 3 hours, after asking what the delay was, staff told me patient before me was having problems with a biopsy. Then they told me they put another patient before me because they thought I was leaving. But they didn't ask me if I was leaving at that time. No communication from office that they were experiencing delays. The worst experience I have ever had with any doctor. Finally got my $2,500 refund for an MRI that they claimed was not covered by Medicare.
