Says on the phone doesn’t have time for your kid. So we hit up the emergency hotline on SaturdayBecause our son was having mental health issues. Nobody called back or even acknowledge the call . Then we called multiple times throughout the week never had a call back and then when we demanded to talk to her. She said she was too busy and didn’t have time. If your kid is going through a crisis.One of the most important things to have is a compassionate caring friendly Psychiatrist. Not one that acts like you’re a problem because you’re asking for her support. If I could give her no stars I would. If you have a kid with mental health issues I recommend someone else.

I would recommend Dr. Trowel to anyone. She allows the patient to have a voice and is a very good listener. She is willing to work through obstacles with you, while allowing you to learn how to think and approach the same ones in the future. My coping skills have increased greatly since being a patient of hers. Also, Dr. Trowel is approachable; she has never made me feel beneath her as a person, while maintaining professional boundaries simultaneously.
