I would give zero stars if I could. Please do not take your minors here for care. I took my child here starting July 2024 and Danyelle Simmons failed in every area, including my trust. She does not fill the correct medication, put the correct instructions on the label that she verbally gives you, and cannot complete school forms correctly , ever. Her complaint was that I am the only patient she has with “issues.” Confirming with my child’s school, that’s untrue, and if she did in fact do “several” forms for children at this school, she would know how to properly read it and fill it out. Lack of compassion, lack of care, lack of attention to detail. I was understanding at first, but after multiple mishaps and me scrambling around to pick up new labels for medication, take new forms to school multiple times, I was done. She called me, unprofessionally to scream at me and tell me I was looking for a fight because she had yet to remedy any of these issues. She actually told me to be quiet… and she would not discuss any of my concerns with her just that she would print labels a third time for me to have to pick up from the pharmacy, and I would have to physically pick up the school forms from the office and pay for them. Lastly, she put my child on a medication that gave him adverse reactions because she didn’t review or read his previous records. I couldn’t even call about it because I was so upset she did it in the first place AND because of the phone call, I didn’t feel she was professional enough to discuss the next step, so I had to switch providers ASAP. The office manager absolutely doesn’t care, either, and offered no remedy. I have never been treated so poorly when trying to have clear, consistent care and not have to fight to advocate for proper care. Please don’t expect even subpar care from this facility.
