Dr. Dar Bharat Shah, MD

Wonderful, caring doctor. He was my Dad's nephrologist when he was in the hospital for Non-Hodgkins Lymphoma and seemed to take better care of him and have ideas and suggestions for things to improve his labs, etc more so than his oncologist. He also ended up being my nephrologist when I had emergency open heart surgery and all my organs were shutting down. I'm told by my mom and husband that Dr. Shah was key in my recovery. I would recommend him to anyone!

I also don't agree with or understand the bad reviews. I started seeing Dr. Shah because my PCP couldn't keep my blood pressure within acceptable ranges. On my first visit he reviewed all my medications and made one change, dividing a combined medication into the two separate drugs. Of those two, he cut the strength of one in half and doubled the strength on the other. Since then, my readings are in the normal range and many times at other doctors offices it has been 120/80. I returned every 3 months for followups for one year. Because of my consistent excellent numbers the follow ups were reduced to every six months for a year and now it is down to yearly visits. Dr. Shah is well spoken and does take time with each patient. I am hearing impaired so this is very important to me. His office staff has always been helpful and friendly. His office and waiting area are very clean, as are the patient rooms. I have experienced shorter wait times with Dr. Shah, 10-15 minutes… usually, than at any other doctor.

I don’t understand the negative reviews for Dr Shah. I just had my first visit with him and I could not imagine a better outcome. He was very friendly and professional. He asked the right questions, he explained my labs and made me feel like I was in good hands!!

Most arrogant and worst bedside manners I have seen of a physician Please don't go to this quack
