Dr. Darab Hormozi, MD

I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Darab Hormozi, his staff and my lower eyelid procedure. I was not happy with the bags under my eyes. I started researching plastic surgeons for lower eyelid blepharoplasty surgery. Because, I have a pacemaker, other plastic surgeons did not want to use general anesthesia with me. Another plastic surgeon, in the Baltimore area, that I know well and respect recommended Dr. Darah Hormozi. He said Dr. Hormozi is considered one of the best in the area for cosmetic eye surgery. Eyes are complex and you don’t want to trust them just anyone. I really like that Dr. Hormozi is a Board-Certified Ophthalmologist. Dr. Darab Hormozi does his cosmetic eye procedures under local anesthesia vs. general anesthesia. In my opinion, this is a fantastic option, because you don’t have the risk, side effects and inconvenience associated with general anesthesia. My wife, and I met with Dr. Hormozi for a complimentary consultation. He has a delightful, calm, and… pleasant personality. He explains everything, and answers all questions. He is not pushy and never tries to sell you anything. You immediately get the sense that you and your eyes are in good hands. We were so impressed with his credentials, his demeanor, and his advice, that we immediately reserved my lower eyelid blepharoplasty procedure with him. I decided to have the procedure done the second week of January, due being after the holidays, my schedule, and a time that I did not have to be in the public for a week to ten days. The entire procedure took about 45-minutes. I was awake the entire time. Afterwards, you get up, and you go home. Because the surgery was done under local anesthesia there was no nausea or long post operation recovery. Fast forward seven months, I absolutely love my lower eyes now. My eyes look fantastic!!! I feel like I look younger. I am so happy. I give Dr. Hormozi and his staff, my highest recommendation!!! If you are thinking about any kind of cosmetic eye surgery, then you should definitely meet with Dr. Hormozi for a consultation.

Ruined my eyes, and his arrogant text response when I asked him why my beautiful "slightly almond shape" is now distorted, round with retraction, mostly in left eye? I've had many consultations that I have paid for with Oculoplastic Surgeons that have explained the permanent damages to facial nerve etc! His assistant Maggie is the receptionist and there is NO POST OP care! I was coerced to pay CASH, and he laughed and sent a disrespectful text stating that I should be grateful etc. "

As most everyone now a days; I want to keep my skin looking young. I met with Dr. Hormozi and he told me my skin has beautiful texture but as an older woman some tightening could do the trick. I took his advice and had the PRP Treatment where he extracts blood and separates the blood from the plasma; then injects the plasma back into the skin. I am allergic to numbing cream; no pain at all. I noticed the improvement the next day. My neck and face are tighter with a glow and will continue to get better as time goes on. I really believe in Dr. Hormozi as he will not give you something he doesn't think will benefit you. No surgery and very wonderful results. If you are looking for a refreshed tightening look, ask about PRP, you will be very pleased.

Dr. Hormozi is the most gifted Doctor I have ever gone to. His demeanor is very soothing. He makes you feel so comfortable with the procedure. I have sent many of my friends to him as he is extremely skilled. My outcome was so great, people think I am 10 years younger than I am!!

Dr. Hormozi is very professional. He does not tell you need something you don't. Also, he is the best botox dr ever. He does not over charge and knows what he is doing. He explains in detail what and why he is doing what he is doing.

I would never dream that an operation would be an enjoyable experience, but with Dr Hormozi and his staff it was as close as you can get, my results are beautiful and I am 100% satisfied. I would highly recommend Dr Hormozi to anyone.
