Dr. Darci H Friedman, MD

I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Friedman. She took expert care of my family for several years before moving to her new venue. She does an exceptionally good job of explaining her thinking as she examines you, and takes time to follow-up and point out details easy to miss. In fact, when I had to have surgery on my shoulder, the surgeon never called to find out how I was recovering (never heard a word from him about post care, etc.) but she did, even though I technically wasn't even her patient for this procedure. That kind of care is, unfortunately, all too rare these days. She's a superb doctor and I'm so grateful that my family had the good fortune to have her as our doctor. ---------------- I'm surprised by the snarky third comment assuming that the first had to be written by a relative, a claim so ridiculous it reflects poorly on the author of the charge.

I had been on high blood pressure medications for approximately 8 years and Dr. Friedman sensed that something else was wrong based on my age and blood test results. After several diagnostic tests she uncovered that I had an enlarged adrenal gland that was creating the high blood pressure. I had the gland removed and my blood pressure went back to normal and I stopped taking all medications - it was a miracle. Dr. Friedman's persistence to find the root cause of my issue was very refreshing as the other 3 doctors prior to her just kept trying new medications.

Came in to see the doctor with a lower abdominal pain. She told me to go directly to the emergency dept. of a local hospital. Found out I was sicker than I thought and had to have major surgery. God Bless the Doctor.

I really do not understand the first review. Must be related to the Doctor.
