I utilize an eclectic approach to therapy that encompasses Person-centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, trauma-informed care and other evidenced-based practices. What we implement depends upon each unique individual, their needs, and the issues that bring them to counseling. I strive to foster warmth and support for individuals in therapy by holding space for them to process difficult emotions and circumstances, and helping them to find new, healthier means of coping.
