Very friendly and knowledgeable staff, however, I know my insurance policy is my responsibility but I had no idea this office was not in my network and the staff did not tell me that so I was expecting a 1700.00 crown to be 50% paid by insurance but it was not because it was not in network, then they had the nerve to charge me an office visit of $47 to set the crown! That cost in my opinion should have been included in the OUTRAGEOUS cost!!! I will be switching to another dentist
