Dr. Dareld R Morris, DO

I paid $65 through a 3rd party for an online appointment to get a prescription filled. Dr Morris was my matched provider. The order form didn't allow for me to be as specific in the amount of hydrocortisone cream I needed, and I received only a small tube. I called his office to correct the order and was told to make another online request (another $65) to request the order. I asked that he just call in the correct amount. After several calls asking for this, I was connected to Dr Morris who said "I'm not a free clinic" and "I'm just trying to help you" despite his very rude tone. He insisted I had only paid $25 for the online appointment despite my card being charged $64.99. After refusing to correct the prescription again I lost my temper and hung up. Note: he called in the prescription sight unseen for me after I filled in an online questionnaire. I feel bad for his polite office staff.
