I love Dr. Klachko. She delivered my second and it was a lovely and wonderful experience. My contractions had stopped but I wasn't 5 cm and we were in a terrestrial downpour, I was grateful she kept me. Besides a wonderful delivery, she has given me great gyn care. She takes a lot of time with me at my annual and is very thorough. I also adore her bedside manner. The office is fine. I'm typically in and out in about an hour.

Doesn't care about patients, not helpful, total lack of compassion, not knowledgeable, in it for the money only. Easy job to show up 3 minutes into the pushing stage, cut you, because she's in a hurry to get it over with and leave quickly, then bill your insurance for thousands of dollars for this 10 minute c-py "work" that leaves you injured. When you bring any complaints on follow up she completely dismisses them.

She does routine episiotomy even though it's not recommended and leaves you with unstitched muscles, pretty much ruined and needing surgery to try to fix her interventions and further lack of care. Then she tells you it's all normal and you should just live with all the consequences since you had a baby. Ladies if you love yourself, stay away, she'll do it to you too.

The doctors in this practice are really good, the wait time is HORRIFIC! you make an appointment months in advance and no matter what time, you're sitting in that waiting room MINIMUM of a 1/2 hr. -45min.. UNACCEPTABLE.

She is great, i would recommend her with no hesitation; besides being a good Dr. she is compassionate, friendly & caring.

Lack of time and concern for my symptoms. Told me "having a baby" was the solution to easing my heavy painful periods. No one in her practice was "on call" for the delivery of my baby because it was a holiday. Did not mention to me that was a possibility.
