Dr. Darien Heap, MD

I have been seeing Darien Heap for a number of years and up until my last several visits, found him to be acceptable as a physician. Not overwhelmingly congenial and friendly, but acceptable. My last two visits proved to be very poor. His attitude had changed to a very impatient, uncaring attitude and very apathetic to my needs. I was very disillusioned with his attitude. I have decided not to retain Darien Heap as my physician at the clinic and will get another doctor. He needs a definite attitude adjustment!

A miracle and life savor!!! Patty is amazing and very kind to both my partner and I. The dr. Heap team truly had be passion to care for people, patients, and that is an amazing gift not all of us have or can do the job well.

There was a bit of confusion when picking up paper work prior to the procedure and scheduling the procedure date. Completion of paper work also needs to be followed by a visit with the nurse which wasn't relayed to me until I arrived to pick up paperwork on my way out of state. The staff, on procedure day, made my fears of the unknown dissipate . Followed by Dr. Heap counseling with me before the procedure and putting to rest any remaining concerns I may have had. There was never a second thought as to he's competency or thoroughness. Dr. Heap's compassion for his patient is shown as well as his devotion to the field of practice he is in.
