I found that Dr Kozlowski was very easy to ask questions, and he answered them with a friendly, courteous manner.

Dr. Koslowsky is the true meaning of a health professional. Over 20 years have been in his care and never changed: and excellent care, commitment and always does what is best for his patients.

I've been seeing him for 20 years. He's a very good doctor. Almost every female in my family say the same thing.

He hurt me very much, in several exams, and messed up surgery big time. I had to have repair surgery.

I love him. All the women in my family see him . He knows his stuff and I wouldn't change him for anyone else

DO NOT choose this doctor. i spoke with him about an issue i was having and he was not only rude, but disrepectful, arrogant, hurtful and the worst experience i have ever had with a doctor. this doctor needs training in patient relations and compassion towards women. i have never been so disrepected by someone in the medical field. i wouldnt trust him.

I have been a patient of Dr. Kozlowski's for many years. Their staff is friendly and courteous. I have always been taken in promptly. Dr. Kozlowski is always professional and explains things to you. I'll never go anywhere else.

I would not recommend this doctor to my worst enemy, Five months later and a 1100.00 bill I am still having the same women problems. My questions and concerns were never answered or addressed properly. He is arrogant and more concerned about his ego rather then the patient. When I asked to get a second opinion by another doctor in the office his office manager said very rudely that he said no to me switching doctors and if I would like to come pick up my records and transfer them to another practice I could. After visiting the office numerous times I still have no answers about my health. I will be picking up my records this week and am transferring out to a new gynecologist practice. Doctor Kozlowski is good for nothing!!!

THE WORST DOCTOR I have ever saw. Thanks to Dr. Kozlowski I lost my first precious little baby at 23 weeks. I went undiagnosed for fibroids through my pregnancy. My biggest fibroid at 23 weeks of pregnancy was measuring 10 cm and Dr. Kozlowski have NEVER mention it during my visits. The pain from degeneration of the fibroid made me to go into preterm labor and I lost my baby at 23 weeks. BE AWARE !!!!!!!!!!!

I have been seeing Dr. Kozlowksi for over 15 years and hope I never have to search for another OB/GYN. He's extremely knowledgeable, professional and honest. He exhibits genuine care and concern for his patients and is invested in their health. I have referred a number of friends and family to him and they all have agreed that they feel comfortable and in good hands. Thanks Dr. K!
