Darlene Abramajtis, WHNP

Ms. Abramajtis grew up in Conifer, Colorado and earned her Nurse Practitioner degree from the University of Colorado Denver in 2017. She began her career as a Nurse Practitioner in Anchorage, Alaska, where she practiced for two years before embarking on an enriching journey as a traveling nurse. Her work took her to diverse locations, including California, Florida, Texas, Arizona, Hawaii, Washington, and Montana.
In 2024, Ms. Abramajtis returned to her home state to be closer to family, bringing her expertise and passion for patient care to Grand River Health. With experience in both urban and rural healthcare settings, she has found her calling in smaller communities, where she values building meaningful connections with her patients. Ms. Abramajtis is committed to providing personalized care, integrating naturalistic approaches such as nutrition and exercise with traditional treatments to promote holistic wellness.
Outside of her professional life, Ms. Abramajtis enjoys exploring …the great outdoors, often accompanied by her Great Dane, Finn. She can frequently be found hiking or running along Colorado’s scenic trails.
