Dr. Darlene Sue Fairchild, MD

I've been going to Dr. Fairchild for 15 years. She's a nice doctor and I trust her but I've put up with several years of awful customer service from her office staff. The people that answer the phones are terribly rude and insulting. I just can't take it anymore. It's truly the worst customer service I've ever had. I mentioned it to the doctor once and filled out a customer satisfaction form a couple of years ago but for some reason, they cannot get decent people to work in that office. (There is one nice person that works in the office but I can't remember her name. She's been there for a long time and I do appreciate her. ) - October, 2014

Dr. Fairchild has always been everything we've needed and more. My family and I have worked overseas in Asia for the last 3 years and she would even take the time to SKYPE with us when we needed help. I've always loved her heart and the time she is willing to spend with us. You may have to wait a little while in the waiting room but you know that it's because shes taking all the time she can to listen to other peoples problems and to offer the best care she can to everyone. We really appreciate her and can't imagine having any other physician.

Been seeing her since the 80's good doctor but you will have to Waite an hour or two before you will be able to see her.She spends too much time with drug reps that leads to long waits but her knowledge of new drugs has saved my life more than once. Keep up the good work

Changed doctors due to constant extremely LONG waits to see her with prearranged appointments.
