I love this place. Dr P is awesome and has really changed my life. Thanks Dr. Praetzel. I have to laugh at the dumb patient that wrote a comment in 2013. They say stuff like they never saw Dr Praetzel the day of surgery but they comment about him playing loud music during the procedure. Did you see him or did you not. Ha What an idiot patient. Lol. It's obvious that patient is not very intelligent or very nice themselves! Plus they didn't even leave their name! I'm sure that patient expected to get something for free and had to pay and got mad. Not everything is free people! Anyways. Dr. P is the Man !

I have been a patient of Dr Praetzel's for over two years. I needed serious dental work due to orthodontics in my teenage years. The roots of my front teeth had been traumatized with rapid movement of my braces and thus had become blunted. I was in need of four dental implants and some bone grafting. Dr. Praetzel did an excellent job and I have my wonderful smile back!!! Go see him!!!

I know there are "horror stories" to be told about oral surgeons - I have experienced it myself at the hands of Callans in Little Rock. But the disgusting things written about Dr. Praetzel and his staff are absolutely wrong on so many levels! The truth is, none of what was stated would ever have taken place in Dr. Praetzel's office. I know first hand what a caring, compassionate, highly professional and accomplished surgeon Dr. Praetzel truly is. During the past nearly 2 yrs, I have been under his expert surgical care, as he finally was able to correct the "harelip" look of the bone and gum in the front of my mouth. Dr. Praetzel and his staff are truly a God send for me and his other patients... because he honestly cares - the kind of caring that drives him to accomplish the very best results possible for his patients. I know his exceptional oral surgical abilities, and I know the professional responsibility he and his staff have for their patients, and I know, beyond a shadow of a… doubt, he has always and will always use that surgical ability and caring professional responsibility for every person who needs his help.

I have been a patient of Dr. Praetzel's for over two years and the other reveiwer sounds very bitter. My experience here has always been extremely comfortable and professional. I am sure the staff were over thorough in letting patients know what their bill is because they've been through the pains of patients claiming they didn't know they owed xxx amount at the time of service. I have NEVER heard music blaring out into the waiting room from the treatment rooms, nor have I seen staff neglect to wash their hands or cough and sneeze all over patients. To me, that doesn't even sound remotely true. Seems to me this "patient" is angry and bitter for one reason or another because if any of these things were true I certainly would have never come back. I must also mention, I come here by my own volition and not for necessary medical treatment, so I absolutely have other options available to me. I choose Dr. Praetzel and his staff because they are kind, respectful, helpful, courteous… and most importantly provide safe and effective care to all their patients.

I've been a patient of Dr. Praetzel's for two years now. My experience was nothing similar to other review. From the time you walk in the front door, you're greeted with warm smiles and caring staff. Dr. Praetzel is an asset to our community and has always made me comfortable, regarding procedures. Yes, there is upbeat music playing, which mimics employees attitudes. And although we all hate to part with our money, it is expected to pay for services rendered. I've referred many people to his clinic and will continue to do so.

This is a horrible place of business and I would NEVER recommend anyone to receive care from this man. Dr. Praetzel and his entire staff were very rude, unfriendly, unclean, and inconsiderate. They show no emotion and they only cared about getting as much money as possible out of you. It was obvious that they never read my chart, he came in the room for less than 30 seconds the day of my first initial consult (He never even looked in my mouth), and neither my mother nor myself saw him the day of my surgery. We could not get anyone to answer our question or explain the procedure to us. He was playing extremely loud heavy rock music behind me during the procedure, so loud that my mother could hear it blaring from the waiting room. I woke up screaming and crying in pain and no one would do anything about it. I was there for less than 45 minutes that day and wasn't even really awake when they made us leave, while still screaming and crying. Within 3 or 4 hours of leaving his office, I… lost 3 stitches, the packing in the roof of my mouth fell out, fragments of tooth were falling out of my mouth and I bled an insane amount for hours after the procedure. None of which should have happened. He took unnecessary xrays and charged us without telling us, when he had been sent the SAME xrays from my orthodontist a week before, which he told us he was refusing to use. They told us they wouldn't do the surgery unless it was paid for in full before hand since I have no dental insurance, and we were reminded this a ridiculous amount of times. They were coughing, sneezing, and blowing their nose all over me, then sticking their hands in my mouthing without washing them. No one even used hand santizer before performing surgery. No one asked how I was feeling or even cared to tell us that the procedure went well, which obviously it didn't. Just be very cautious of this man and is staffâ?¦ I'll never be going back.
