Darrell Spilsbury, D.D.S.
Dr. Darrell Spilsbury is a board certified orthodontist in Henderson, NV who specializes in offering comprehensive orthodontic treatment for children, teens and adults. He is certified to treat patients utilizing SureSmile and lingual braces.
Dr. Spilsbury credits family for steering him towards his career goals. In fact, it was his uncle (a pediatric dentist) who convinced him to study dentistry. After graduating in 1986 from the general dentistry program at University of the Pacific in San Francisco, he completed his orthodontics training two years later at UCLA. He's been in private practice since then.
Even with his extensive training, Dr. Spilsbury understands that his learning never really ends. He takes continuing education courses to stay on the leading edge of his profession. Dr. Spilsbury also conducts research and is an innovator who has been involved in clinical advances.
In addition, he maintains professional memberships with the American …Association of Orthodontists, American Dental Association, Pacific Coast Society of Orthodontists, Nevada Dental Association, the Clark County Dental Association and the Roth/Williams Center for Functional Occlusion.
Married and the father of four children, Dr. Spilsbury is active in his community. His hobbies include biking (motorcycles and cycling), golf, squash and snow boarding.
