Dr. Darrell Lynn Wilson, MD

I was able to be seen right away. Dr Wilson was very compassionate and took time to answer my questions. It was apparent that he cared and had the expertise necessary to diagnose and treat.

I am diagnosed with a chronic illness. I waited over 2 hrs in waiting room, after which he told me he didn't "SEE" any pain and told me he didn't believe I had the disease I was diagnosed with and had 4 operations. Then he told me I was just seeking pain killers to which I said yes, I would rather a Doctor manage my pain than seek relief somewhere else. I would not recommend Dr. Wilson to anyone. He might be ok at solving simple medical issues in an ER, but I would not trust him to any kind of specialty medical advice. Unfortunately there are many Dr.s who think very highly of themselves but don't continue to keep up with the ongoing advancements in western medicine. I believe he is one of them. After all, he went to Med. school in Nevada. I have not seen his placement, but I would imagine that he did the bare minimum to graduate! I am glad I had this experience with him early on. I just would not take a chance with him, and why would you when there are other much better Dr. around. … It has to tell you something that after 13 yrs of practice he is still working in an ER Department that has below average ratings.
