Yah dam straight I'd recommend these people

Dr Corteen is by far the best surgeon I have ever had. He has always gone above and beyond and deserves all recognition for that. He has saved me from a lesser life because he fixed issues other doctors failed to.

I appreciate Dr Corteen's honest straight forward approach to my care. He understands my level of activity, and therefore my level of frustration when my knee limits this. He asks appropriate questions and seems to really want to understand the issues I'm having, and come up with a plan of care that is medically appropriate, and acceptable to me. Being physically fit and active himself, I feel, allows him to empathize with my, and other patients', situations. Appreciate his honesty, efficiency, and expertise.

Dr Corteen listened, did an exam and explained a reasonable multifaceted treatment. I no longer felt like I was crazy- I felt listened to and heard! I went from hopeless to relived and hopeful.

I felt that he rushed through the appointment.

Only gave one option, physical therapy. Never explained the likelihood of me reinjuring it, or how long for it to heal. What life down the road might look like, etc.

When I had a question, he would not explain it. He is to rushed to give PROPER post op care! He is very short with you! Did not feel comfortable at all with this. Would not come back after this...

Dr. Corteen was courteous but hurried. Seemed annoyed at my questions. Check in staff offered no acknowledgement or greeting. The set up of the unit does not afford privacy when discussing ordered tests, all that info is given over a telephone in full hearing of the waiting room.

Spent a lot of time with me to explain the procedure and answer any questions. He performed my surgery and I was very pleased with the results. His staff is also very kind and courteous. They seemed to go out of their way to be helpful.
