Dr was very concerned with my condition. Explained everything in detail. Didn’t hurry me. Answered all my questions. Really cared about me and is solving my issues. I would recommend Dr Gannuch to my family. He is terrific.

The overall visit was very fast and found out I had been diagnosed with sleep condition 13 years ago but no one decided to follow up til I called this year (2020). Billing practices are in the stone ages, what business doesn't have a way to process credit cards, just checks and money orders. Also, the listings for him still have in private practice and the wrong phone number

Wasted my time and money.

I keep getting an invoice for a bill that I have paid. However, I cannot contact the office because there is no way to speak directly to office personnel. It is ridiculous. There needs to be a way to talk to a person since they do no return phone calls.

There needs to be an easier way to reach the office staff to reschedule an appointment. Right now, the only way is to leave a message and who knows if it will be received or not?????
