Dr. Machak is very good. Will explain and answer all your questions and concerns. He is willing to refer you to a specialist when necessary. Happy I switched to this practice. Love his attitude!

have been going to him for quite a few years and I am very happy with him. He spends time and makes sure that I am doing what I need to do with my health. I am very happy having Dr. Machak as my pc.

Love the doctor, hate the staff. Inefficient, uncaring, and sometimes straight up rude. I don't think he realizes that the majority of the time that you spend with a doctor's office is spent dealing with the staff; making appointments, getting Rx refills, follow-up calls, etc. I wonder if sometimes they are understaffed and overworked, in which case he needs to hire at least one more staff person. Or maybe he just needs to clean house and start over!

Nice enough guy I guess but terrible staff and simply not qualified to be a doctor in my opinion. My dad quit seeing him too, I’m not sure who’s worse him or his staff.

Dr machak is a good dr, but unfortunately surrounded by an incompetent staff. It’s like pulling teeth to get a prescription filled.

Do not go to this doctor if you actually have any kind of health problems. My pet could diagnose, treat and care better than he could on his best day. I told him about symptoms of a serious health problem I was having for 2years.. it wasn't until I had to have surgery that I was finally diagnosed.. BY MY SURGEON! now I am seeing a real doctor and my treatment is going great!

Wonderful Doctor and Staff So glad I changed from new castle to butler. Butler health system is awesome no forms to fill out I CAN NOT SAY ENOUGH GOOD THINGS ABOUT THEM > LOVE THEM

After two years I came to the realization I have been going to the wrong MD. I am not saying he is a bad doctor, he is just not the right one for me. I am doing us BOTH a favor by getting another MD. He doesn't want to treat me any more than I want him treating me. He has come to the end of his area of practice for me and I have run out of kindness.
