Excellent Staff&Doc Dr Mike did this old man Well. Me vintage 1952,Dr. Mikesell got me feeling better than have for years. The Man will take care of U if given a chance. go c him!

Front desk staff ,rude, sarcastic , don't seem to know what they are suppose to do, Very frustrating, One doesn't come there to become freinds with the office staff. Just wanted health issues attended to. Dr's are OK but they need to know what that front desk is doing to their practice. Very poor experience. Won't be back or recommend.

The staff is cordial, waiting can get ridiculously out of control where you think they forgot about you! After I've been informed I need to make ANOTHER appointment, I come in & get asked "so, what are you doing here today?". Its happed too many times to count. I suffer from multiple disabling issues & none are ever checked out thouroughly. I have to ask for basic blood work to be done to check levels of 1 of many issues. Dr. Mikesall is a very nice man that walks into the room looking at you, with just as many questions written all over his face, as you do your own. Makes for lots of awkward moments especially when his staff request you come on a weekly basis. Dr.Mikesall doesn't dig unless repeatedly prompted, then he suggets I see yet another specialist. I would recommend looking elsewhere to find a physician if you happen to have a history of medical diagnosis that is endless, and you're on that list?! Do research to find the appropriate MD who will do anything necessary to… treat your symptoms & find answers you need! However if you need a basic family practice doc? I'd recommend Dr. Mikesall for anything general. Be weary about Rx & refills there as, well because they get lost in the mix & you are the person liable. I feel bad but I have to spend a better part of my life waiting to see a Dr & then the dance when its finally my turn to see this elusive physician. I want to believe that there is an easier, more in depth, through, accurate, all in all a better scenereo in the future at all healthcare office's!
